I came across this band over a year ago when I was asked to preview them for a festival programme. I listened to them, loved them and proclaimed that they would win the 2011 Mercury Music Prize. OK, I was wrong but the fact that theyre yet to release an album didnt help my cause. As it happened, I couldnt even get in to see them such was the effect of my preview (or the buzz around the band, one of the two).
Im sticking this up on our site as, so far, the forthcoming album is listed as CD only. Jump on this vinyl EP before it sells out.
On the 14th November, RCA Records release the brilliant new single from Dry The River, off the back of a sold out Scala headline show & a string of current UK dates supporting Bombay Bicycle Club. This is a x4 trk, ltd (x1500) 10 vinyl, which comes as a poster bag which unfolds to become an impressive 910x470mm illustrated piece of art work.
