Solomun delivers his long awaited second album Nobody Is Not Loved. He produced his debut work Dance, Baby almost entirely on his own, over 11 years ago, but for its successor the native Bosnian who grew up in Hamburg brings many exciting collaborators on board including Jamie Foxx, Planningtorock, Zoot Woman, ÄTNA, Anne Clark, Isolation Berlin and Tom Smith. If you listen to Nobody Is Not Loved in its entirety, you immediately notice that Solomun, who has his origins in the underground DJ scene, has an enormous variety of musical influences, completely freed from the necessity of club suitability. And this fearlessness and honesty is a lot of fun. A wide range of electronic genres can be expected from indie electronica to synthpop, wave and post punk to Solomuns signature club sound.
