To celebrate the release of Amir Bar-Lev’s critically acclaimed documentary about the Grateful Dead, the band are releasing the soundtrack to the documentary – which was co-produced with David Lemieux and Bar-Lev. This soundtrack is a career-spanning collection of studio and live recordings which includes several unreleased double-LP features classic studio tracks like Ripple and Touch of Grey, butthe soundtrack also captures previously unreleased performances like the mythical Dark Star at The Filmore East in 1970, Dear Mr. Fantasy>Hey Jude jam at Sullivan Stadium in 1989 and, I Know You Rider live at Chateau d’Herouville, in France.
