Influenced by their friends and surroundings, Colour TV strike an angular and frenetic onstage silhouette. Their songs are catchy, candid, and fiercely memorable. Having met at college they decided to start a band instead of finishing their A Levels. Their debut singles Charlie and Billy Pilgrim made an instant impact with their fast growing fan base, supports with the likes of Gender Roles, and Steve Lamacq who declared the band to be “my favourite new thing” in November 2021. Is That You was recorded in spring at Momentum Studios on the outskirts of Plymouth. Its four tracks relate specific incidents with analytic attention to detail, characters from life and fiction put under the magnifying glass.
