On the front sleeve: “Approved (by me) reissue on the excellent Fire Records label. Much gratitude to them + you. Nick Saloman”.
On the paper strip it says erroneously: “Originally released as a limited edition vinyl only double album in 1978 on Woronzow Records.” The year must be 1987.
