March 2020 sees The Subways reissue their Young For Eternity debut and second record All Or Nothing on colored vinyl LP with unique posters. Back in 2005, with an average age of just 16, Billy Lunn, Charlotte Cooper and Josh Morgan crashed onto the international music scene with their, now cult, debut Young For Eternity and rock-club floor filler Rock & Roll Queen.
Follow-up, All Or Nothing (2008), was recorded in LA with producer Butch Vig and is a sonically enormous, harder hitting album. Featuring the singles: Girls and Boys, Alright and I Wont Let You Down, the tracks written at a time when Charlotte and Billy were in the midst of a breakup and Billy was battling to save his voice by undergoing surgery to remove nodules from his vocal chords.
Lunn explains, Nearly 15 years ago, when Young for Eternity was released, Josh and Charlotte were 18 and 19 years old, and I was 20. Touring our debut album was for us an adventurous explosion of excitement, just as every tour since then has been. In 2020, we get to relive that initial excitement when we embark on the Young for Eternity tour to play the album in full. None of us can truly express just how thrilled we are that we get the chance to do this.
