Songwriter/frontman/producer Dan Swanö (Opeth, Dissection, Bloodbath) sourced the original audio files and hardware to painstakingly remaster ‘The Spectral Sorrows’. This ultimate edition also includes a new remix of the old demo-track Pernicious Anguish as CD-bonus and the full publication of Dan Seagraves striking cover artwork.
First issued incredible 31 years ago, Edge of Sanity blazed new trails on Sacrificed, Darkday, The Masque and Manowar cover song Blood of My Enemies. Longtime fans and new devotees to the faithful will hear Edge of Sanity as true pioneers on The Spectral Sorrows, possibly one of the most multifaceted death metal releases of all time.
