The album features songs from across Gang of Fours 40-plus year career, each individually chosen by the artists who covered them. The album features reworkings by Idles, Tom Morello & Serj Tankian, Gary Numan, LoneLady, La Roux, The Dandy Warhols, Warpaint, Killing Joke, and more. Andy Gill originally conceived the album to mark the 40th anniversary of the release of Entertainment! in 2019, and it was originally released in 2021.
