Emerson, Lake & Palmer were one of the most successful, innovative and ground-breaking British groups of the golden age of progressive rock, as well as creating spectacular live shows that incorporated advanced technology and showmanship. They achieved global album sales of over 40 million with their first seven album releases all making the Top 10 in the UK and Top 20 in the US. The bands reissue campaign continues with 2017 remastered vinyl pressings of Works Volume 1 (1977), Works Volume 2 (1977) and Love Beach (1978).

Originally released in 1978, Love Beach was ELPs seventh studio album overall and final album until 1992s Black Moon. The LP finds the group back to their intimate best producing a lighter, more concise and accessible album, with the band jamming in the relaxed atmosphere of a studio in Nassau, Bahamas. As usual, ELP produced an excellent, technically accomplished mix of classical music and electronics, once again unearthing their extraordinary musical chemistry.

Love Beach includes such fan favorites and concert staples as The Gambler and Canario, while side two is taken up by the excellent Memoirs Of An Officer And A Gentleman suite. Remastered for the first time in 24 bit/High Density formats from the original tapes by world-renowned rock studio engineer Andy Pearce and presented with the original sleeve artwork and forward by Greg Lake.
