Ghost Town is the latest album from Mike Kinsella aka Owen. Kinsella is best known for his other bands American Football and Capn Jazz and has developed a cult following as Owen.

Whereas previous Owen albums have been more sombre affairs, touring with Capn Jazz in 2010 had a direct impact on the recording / writing of Ghost Town. As a result, the album features some of Owens loudest, rock-leaning moments to date, exemplified by the forcefully crescendoing outro of I Believe and the screeching electric guitar solo in Everyones Asleep In The House But Me.
