For their thirteenth Xiu Xiu album, Jamie Stewart and Angela Seo welcome new member David Kendrick. Thematically dealing with humanity’s dark underbelly, the album is split into halves sung by Stewart and Seo, and sees them pivot back to the fusion of classical and industrial elements that characterised 2019’s ‘Girl With a Basket of Fruit’.
